Description
Affirm is hiring an Engineering Manager, Infra Foundations to lead a team responsible for AWS account provisioning, IAM access, core networking, infrastructure-as-code frameworks, automation, and operational reliability. The role owns the team roadmap, hiring, performance, career growth, security-aligned IAM governance, incident response, and adoption of self-service tooling. Candidates need at least seven years of software or infrastructure engineering experience, two years of engineering management experience, cloud and infrastructure systems expertise, IaC and GitOps experience, and a related bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. The role is remote-first and open to candidates residing in specified Canadian provinces, with a base pay range of CAD 181,000–241,000 per year.
