Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering - Java to lead a service group within its Decision Management Platform for fraud detection. The role combines engineering strategy, delivery leadership, people management, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to build low-latency, high-volume, highly available software solutions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10–12 years of software engineering and architecture experience including leadership, and expertise in distributed systems, fintech, security, cloud infrastructure, and reliability engineering.
