Alkami is hiring a hybrid Engineering Manager for Activations to lead the engineering team responsible for helping new clients go live through client core-provider integrations, third-party services, and digital account-opening workflows. The role combines technical leadership, people leadership, architecture guidance, code review, production-grade coding, product partnership, and team coaching. Candidates need at least 8 years of software engineering experience, 2 years of technology leadership experience, and expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, Python, APIs, event-driven systems, and Postgres. The position offers a salary of $180,000 to $210,000, is remote-first in the United States, and does not offer employment sponsorship.
