Nationwide is hiring a Software Engineering Product Manager to lead the AI-enabled Post-Issue Optimization (PIO) transformation within its Metacortex line. The role owns the product and technology vision, cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, architecture, operations, and AI-DLC teams, AI-enabled solutions, risk and audit controls, portfolio strategy, and team development. It requires substantial application-suite and leadership experience, with a hybrid schedule involving two days per week in the Columbus, Ohio office. The position does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization and offers a full-time salary range of $118,000 to $222,000.
