Spectrum is hiring a Manager, Software Procurement to lead enterprise-wide software procurement projects, negotiate and manage large-scale software agreements, evaluate suppliers, develop category plans, pursue cost savings, and oversee supplier performance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least three years of procurement contract negotiation and contract management experience, and at least one year of electronic procurement or contract solutions experience. It is an office-based position with base pay of $98,900 to $175,300 and requires the ability to work lawfully in the United States without employment-based immigration sponsorship.
