Description
The Manager, Shared Services leads a team of Application Engineers and Sr Application Engineers responsible for implementing and deploying complex software products and services in client environments. The role provides technical expertise, solution design, interface and data integration, quality assurance, risk mitigation, customer engagement, and delivery oversight, while supervising team performance and supporting continuous improvement. It requires strong technical, communication, project-management, and supervisory experience, along with a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and includes UK and US working-hour overlap.
