Description
The Manager - Solutions will join a Facilities Management team in Dubai and develop, price, document, and present technical and commercial solutions for complex RFPs and RFTs. The role includes site visits, customer relationship management, tender coordination, financial analysis, compliance reviews, mobilization support, innovation, and collaboration with procurement, commercial, legal, and operations teams. Candidates need an engineering bachelor's degree, preferably CFM certification, at least three years in a similar position and seven or more years in facilities management, along with FM, MEP, maintenance, cleaning standards, regulatory, analytical, financial, reporting, risk, SLA/KPI, customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills.
