Description
Scribe is hiring its first Manager, Solutions Engineering to build and lead the founding technical team for strategic new business and expansion opportunities. The role establishes processes, playbooks, and scalable programs; hires, mentors, and develops Solutions Engineers; delivers proof of concepts; translates technical complexity into business value; and partners with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. Candidates need at least three years of people-management experience leading technical customer-facing teams, prior SaaS solutions or comparable pre- or post-sales experience, and the ability to explain large language models and AI product concepts. The role is based in San Francisco or New York City, with hybrid work in San Francisco and fully remote work in New York City, and offers an on-target earnings range of $260,000 to $300,000 plus equity and benefits.
