Talkdesk is hiring a Manager, Solutions Engineering - Commercial to lead and grow its commercial Solutions Engineering team. The role combines pre-sales leadership with customer-facing technical consulting, solution architecture, solution demonstrations, go-to-market strategy, hiring, onboarding, retention, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Partner teams. The manager will also develop the global Solutions team and support revenue growth in the commercial segment. The posting requires at least 3 to 5 years of experience leading Sales Engineering teams, strong commercial-account knowledge, executive presence, coaching ability, and willingness to obtain AI certification.
