Description
The Manager Sourcing will lead end-to-end source-to-contract activities for clinical outsourcing services in Bangalore, India. The role owns complex sourcing initiatives, develops supplier markets and category strategy, leads competitive sourcing and RFP processes, negotiates with suppliers, manages risks and supplier relationships, and partners with clinical, R&D, legal, and other stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, strong negotiation and commercial judgment, and familiarity with clinical outsourcing, FSO and FSP arrangements, regulated compliance, and data-driven sourcing.
