Description
Saronic Technologies is hiring a Special Programs Manager to serve as the administrative and operational backbone of its small pathfinding team. The role manages scheduling, staffing, budgets, procurement, vendors, prototype builds, field testing, demonstrations, and progress reporting while providing high-level technical direction during reviews and collaborating with the VP of Product and CTO on prioritizing new ideas. The position requires experience managing fast-moving engineering or R&D teams, technical literacy across autonomy, embedded systems, robotics, electrical, or mechanical engineering, and the ability to operate under uncertainty and compressed timelines.
