LatchBio is hiring an Operations Manager to act as a force multiplier for the COO and Chief of Staff, handling company-wide ambiguity, bottlenecks, hiring, vendors, compliance, finance, infrastructure, and cross-functional execution. The role requires 0–1 operational architecture, financial ownership, risk and compliance navigation, scalable systems, and cross-functional leadership in a human-data, AI, or SaaS startup. It is fully in-office Monday through Friday in San Francisco and offers a $160,000–$200,000 salary, signing and sourcing bonuses, health and dental/vision coverage, equity, retirement options, and visa sponsorship.
