Emplify Health by Gundersen is hiring a Manager of Specialty Pharmacy Operations to oversee specialty medication management, infusion services, medication access, and complex pharmacy operations. The role leads pharmacy teams, ensures regulatory and accreditation compliance, optimizes workflows, monitors financial and operational performance, and collaborates with pharmacy leadership, specialty clinics, providers, and external partners to improve access to complex therapies. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, pharmacy technician registration, CPhT or ExCPT certification, and 3–5 years of progressive pharmacy operations leadership experience are required.
