Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Manager, Specimen Data and Systems to support the oversight, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the CBI Specimen Management System. The role focuses on maintaining data quality, managing dictionaries and reference data, triaging failed load files, supporting analytics and reporting, assisting with vendor onboarding and data transfer specifications, and driving process improvements in a global matrixed environment. The position requires a scientific or technical bachelor's degree, 3-4 years of biopharma clinical drug development experience, exposure to biomarkers/pharmacokinetics/immunogenicity specimen work, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
