WuXi AppTec is seeking an experienced Manager Spray Drying to oversee 24/5 manufacturing operations and optimize spray drying equipment and processes at its STA Pharmaceutical Switzerland site in Couvet. The role involves leading a team of operators and technicians, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements are met, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience with Spray Dried Dispersion and 4+ years in team management, with a background in industrial production, chemical processes, or industrial pharmacy.
