ERCOT is hiring a Grid Implementation Manager to lead the day-to-day and strategic direction of the Grid Implementation team. The role assesses upcoming grid changes, identifies reliability issues, develops transmission constraints, congestion management plans, remedial action schemes, and extended action plans, and serves as a subject matter expert for electric power system planning and operations. The manager will supervise analysis and system studies, coordinate with planning, operations, and grid integration teams, support NERC and ERCOT compliance, and manage staff. The position is based in Taylor, Texas, with a hybrid schedule requiring at least two days per week on-site and remote work from a Texas residence, and offers a salary range of $219,000 to $301,000.
