PsiQuantum is hiring a Manager/Sr Manager of Process Engineering to lead opto-mechanical process engineers and manage subassembly development, assembly build, quality, process capability, supplier and contractor manufacturing, budget, and project delivery for quantum computer systems. The role requires a master’s degree in an applicable engineering discipline and 10+ years of opto-mechanical assembly experience, with responsibilities spanning packaging, DFM/DFQ/FMEA, process buyoff, release of controls, and technical leadership. Full-time roles are eligible for equity and benefits, with base salary ranges varying by U.S. geographic zone.
