Rhythm is hiring a Manager, Statistical Programming to provide hands-on statistical programming support across clinical studies, regulatory submissions, and cross-functional development activities. The role develops and maintains ADaM specifications, TLF shells, macros, documentation, and programming standards; supports study-level and integrated analyses; prepares submission-ready datasets and documentation; and may oversee vendors, mentor programmers, and improve processes. The position is based in Boston on a hybrid-work model, may involve travel, and offers a base salary of $110,000 to $165,000 plus potential bonus and benefits.
