Description
The Sterile Processing Manager oversees the hospital Sterile Processing Department at both the Baptist and Gulf Breeze campuses, including sterilization quality, equipment and supply management, department staffing and resource management, fiscal management, staff development, performance evaluation, and coordination with health professionals. The role may also perform SPD Technologist duties and requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, a Surgical Technology diploma or certificate, five years of operating room nursing leadership experience, and specified Florida or eligible-compact-state RN, CRCS, WSPT_NHWA, and BLS credentials.
