Description
Panera is hiring a Manager, Store Design to lead café design for new and renovated company and franchise locations. The role covers site and functional layouts, schematic design, furniture and material palettes, construction drawings, design reviews, and oversight of outside architectural, MEP, and other design consultants. It requires broad retail, restaurant, and hospitality design experience, at least five years of relevant experience, and a professional degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field. The position is based at Panera’s Newton, Massachusetts offices and requires onsite work three days per week.
