Epistemix is seeking a Manager, Strategic Operations to report directly to the COO. This role involves overseeing operational infrastructure, technology operations, financial alignment, and leadership coordination. The manager will ensure effective execution of priorities, maintain work management platforms, and contribute to the overall operational backbone of the company. Responsibilities include designing internal systems, managing IT vendors, overseeing financial discipline, and supporting board meetings and special projects.
