Caseware is hiring a Manager, Strategic Programs to join its Strategy team and report to the Chief of Staff. The role supports the Executive Leadership Team by advancing strategic initiatives, leading data-driven analyses and business cases, driving AI transformation, developing executive materials, establishing program governance, monitoring execution, and partnering with cross-functional leaders. It is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in Toronto, with a bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years of experience in a rigorous analytical environment. The annual base salary is CAD 125,000–145,000, with discretionary bonus or commission and other benefits.
