Thea Energy is hiring a Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Technical Subcontracts to oversee high-value partner contracts for commercial fusion systems. The role manages complex technical subcontracts and supplier agreements, negotiates intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, risk, and pricing terms, evaluates global manufacturing partners, and coordinates engineering, finance, and legal teams. Candidates should have at least six years of experience managing subcontracts, supplier agreements, or commercial procurement contracts, with a background in hard-tech, aerospace, defense, or heavy industrial energy projects.
