The Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Technical will lead strategic sourcing initiatives across technical supply-chain categories such as ship systems, safety, hotel furnishings, navigation, environmental, and repair and maintenance for Carnival’s North American brands. The role develops sourcing strategies, conducts market, supplier-risk, and baseline spend analyses, manages RFPs and supplier negotiations, oversees contracts and supplier relationships, and delivers cost savings, cost avoidance, supplier diversity, and sustainability results. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, at least five years of strategic sourcing experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and an MBA or CPSM/CPM preference. The position is in-office in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area Monday through Thursday, with home work on Fridays and less than 25% travel.
