Manifest OS is hiring a senior individual contributor to build operating systems for legal production and service quality. The role defines metrics, dashboards, early-warning tools, feedback loops, performance scorecards, accountability mechanisms, root-cause analyses, and scalable AI-assisted quality processes, while leading cross-functional initiatives across Legal, Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations. Candidates need 5–7 years of experience in strategy and operations, consulting, or high-growth technology-enabled services, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build dashboards, operating processes, and AI-assisted systems.
