Description
Juno is hiring a Strategy Lead to evaluate partner, event, and initiative performance; set ROI-based priorities; connect in-school and refinance opportunities; lead lender diligence and onboarding; establish milestones and metrics; and drive initiatives through execution. The role requires 2 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a strategy role at a high-growth company, along with SQL, financial modeling, commercial judgment, execution, and AI/API capabilities. Compensation is $120,000 to $140,000 plus variable compensation, with health, dental, vision, and retirement matching benefits.
