Description
The Jays Care Foundation is hiring a full-time, mid-level Manager, Strategy to report to the Strategy Team and work onsite at the Rogers Centre. The role focuses on implementing organizational strategy, developing execution roadmaps, analyzing opportunities and trends, measuring performance, solving complex business challenges, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, and preparing executive materials. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or a related high-performance field, along with strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. The anticipated base compensation is $75,000–$85,000, with discretionary bonuses, vacation, benefits, and front-office perks.
