The Manager Subcontracts role leads subcontract administration and commercial management for construction or oil and gas projects. Responsibilities include staffing plans, subcontract execution and sourcing plans, tender and award approvals, commercial negotiations, award administration, subcontractor progress coordination, risk and change management, invoice reconciliation, reporting, compliance enforcement, and commercial closeout. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or business, 10 to 15 years of relevant construction or oil and gas experience, and 5 to 8 years of procurement or material-management experience including subcontract administration.
