Description
Form Energy is hiring a Manager, Supplier Industrialization Engineering to own the technical and quality strategy for its electromechanical and power-conversion supply base, including PCBAs, wire harnesses, electrical panels, and skid-level assemblies. The role leads and develops Supplier Industrialization Engineers, establishes PPAP, APQP, and CAPA frameworks, manages supplier capacity and performance, resolves technical and quality issues, and represents supplier industrialization in sourcing and technology roadmaps. The position requires 10+ years of electromechanical and electronic assembly experience, 2+ years leading engineering teams, and a BS in a relevant technical field. It is a hybrid role with relocation assistance available.
