Description
The role oversees WellSpan’s Supply Chain Contracting team and supports contracting activities across cost, quality, delivery, compliance, supplier negotiations, sourcing strategy, contract administration, ERP documentation, and process improvement. It supervises Contract Administrators and Contract Analysts, develops KPIs and sourcing strategies, supports vendor business reviews, and coordinates coverage and training. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience, including two years in progressively responsible supply chain or procurement roles in healthcare, service, or production-based industries.
