Northrop Grumman Intelligence Systems Division is hiring a Manager Supply Chain Program 2 in Oxnard, California, for an onsite 9/80 schedule with 10% travel. The role leads supply-chain strategy and execution for a program or portfolio of programs, including procurement planning, supplier performance, risk and opportunity management, budgeting, forecasting, material scheduling, MRP systems, and cross-functional coordination with the Program Management Office and executive management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of relevant supply chain, program management, procurement, purchasing, or related experience, and at least 2 years of lead or supervisory experience. The primary salary range is $146,600 to $219,800, with potential overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and health insurance benefits.
