Inalfa is hiring a full-time Sustaining Engineering Manager at Cherokee Assembly to lead the day-to-day management and technical leadership of the Operations Sustaining Engineering department, covering Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, and Controls Engineering. The role manages engineering activities, resolves technical issues, develops robust automotive roof-system designs, supports cost reduction and continuous improvement, and oversees recruiting, training, and succession planning. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, five to seven years of engineering management experience, and automotive or light-truck Tier 1 supplier experience; the position also requires regional and global travel.
