Description
The Manager, Sustaining Program Management serves as the focal point for sustaining product health across customer requirements, product cost, quality, and engineering KPIs. The role operates cross-functionally without direct reports, driving customer requirement execution, product recipe ramp and depletion, cost strategy, roadmap alignment, quality improvement, and excursions through containment, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. It requires a bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field, strong business acumen, executive communication and cross-functional influence, program or engineering experience, and fluent English; HDD, semiconductor, or storage experience is preferred.
