Terberg is hiring a Manager System & Software to lead its System & Software Engineering team and translate business and engineering strategy into departmental objectives. The role manages people development, capacity, budget, quality, feasibility, project delivery, cross-functional collaboration, risks, and compliance, while reporting results to management and stakeholders. Candidates need technical leadership experience, organizational and process improvement experience, software and systems development knowledge, and strong coaching and change-management skills; an EU passport or valid Netherlands work permit and Dutch and English proficiency are required.
