Description
Delivery Hero is hiring a System Engineering Manager (M1) to lead its Server/Cloud Infrastructure and Network Infrastructure teams within ETS / Enterprise Infrastructure. The role manages two squads, owns hiring and people development, translates stakeholder needs into roadmaps, oversees delivery and reliability, guides architecture and operational excellence, manages change and incident response, and drives AI adoption for configuration, automation, and troubleshooting. The position requires at least six years of infrastructure, systems, or network engineering experience, including one to three years in people management or technical leadership, and offers a hybrid model with two days per week in Berlin.
