FEV North America Inc is hiring a Manager, Systems & Functional Safety in Auburn Hills, Michigan to lead and grow its Systems Engineering & Functional Safety practice. The role combines technical leadership, customer engagement, business development, and team building for safety-critical automotive and mobility programs, with responsibility for systems engineering, functional safety compliance, proposal support, and mentoring engineers. Candidates need 10+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably electrical, electronics, or mechatronics), strong familiarity with industry standards and engineering tools, and U.S. citizenship or a Green Card.
