Description
The Manager, Systems Contract Support will oversee and develop scopes of work and estimates for maintenance contracts supporting New York City Transit’s Department of Subways operating divisions, particularly for CBTC projects. The role coordinates with C&D and operating divisions, develops technical specifications and estimates, reviews contractual requirements, identifies scope deficiencies, supports contract negotiations, and leads scope development across multiple divisions. It requires a baccalaureate degree in a relevant field and six years of professional experience, including three years of managerial or supervisory experience.
