Northrop Grumman is hiring a Product Support Functional Manager in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, to lead a Product Support, Logistics Program Management, and Technical Documentation and Training team supporting the Mission Survivability Systems Infrared Countermeasures Sustainment repairs portfolio. The role manages approximately 13 direct reports, oversees program schedule, budget, quality, staffing, performance, customer communication, and process improvement, and requires a flexible locally-remote arrangement with onsite availability as needed. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience or a master’s degree with at least 6 years of experience, at least 5 years of team leadership experience, project management experience, presentation experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. The primary salary range is $153,800 to $230,800.
