L3Harris Spectrum Superiority (S2) is hiring a Manager, Systems Engineering in Salt Lake City, Utah, to lead an engineering team supporting Electronic Warfare and the Next Generation Jammer program. The role manages technical execution across development, integration, test, fielding, and sustainment; leads systems architecture, requirements, design, risk, staffing, mentoring, and cross-functional coordination; and supports customer engagements and classified mission pursuits. The position requires an L5-level leader, an active Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility, and either a bachelor's degree plus 12 years of related experience or a graduate degree plus 10 years of related experience, including at least five years of technical or engineering management experience.
