Description
The Nutanix Manager, Systems Engineering leads a team of Pre-Sales Systems Engineers in the North region and acts as a working manager. Responsibilities include supporting complex customer evaluations and troubleshooting, recruiting and mentoring Systems Engineers, handling technical escalations, building customer relationships, providing coverage, and managing channel enablement and partner relationships. The role requires at least five years of Sr./Pre-Sales Systems Engineer experience, three years of pre-sales management experience, virtualization and storage expertise, strong communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. It is primarily remote with approximately 30% regional travel and a stated starting compensation range of $233,000 to $349,000 per year.
