Rewards Network is hiring a Manager, Network & Systems Engineering to lead a small senior engineering team while remaining hands-on with network and systems infrastructure. The role oversees on-premises networking, Windows and Linux servers, AWS hybrid connectivity, virtualization and containerization, database migrations, incident response, documentation, infrastructure modernization, and disaster recovery. It is a hybrid Chicago position requiring office attendance Tuesday through Thursday, with a full-time exempt schedule and a base salary of $160,000–$175,000 annually plus a target bonus.
