Description
The Talent Category Procurement Manager will lead procurement initiatives for Deloitte’s talent category, including contingent labour, talent acquisition, talent development, employee benefits, employee mobility, and talent-related technologies. The role advises senior stakeholders, develops sourcing and negotiation strategies, conducts market and spend analysis, manages suppliers, and optimises procurement processes. It requires at least five years of procurement experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strategic sourcing and negotiation expertise, project management skills, and familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams/Office Suite, and iCertis.
