Rowan Digital Infrastructure is hiring a Manager, Talent Development & People Programs in Denver, Colorado, to lead enterprise onboarding strategy and learning experience design. The role owns the end-to-end onboarding program, hiring manager enablement, learning content and experience design, LMS/LXP governance, vendor relationships, stakeholder partnerships, and program evaluation. It requires a bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of progressive experience in learning and development, instructional design, or learning experience design, with a 3-day hybrid in-office work arrangement and compensation of $105,000–$125,000 plus bonus.
