Mattel is hiring a Manager, Organization Development & Inclusion, EMEA to lead regional organization development, talent, leadership, culture, and inclusion initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role partners with People & Culture Business Partners and business leaders, owns enterprise talent processes, translates global frameworks into locally relevant solutions, uses workforce data and organizational diagnostics, manages regional budgets and projects, and advises on organizational effectiveness and change. It requires 7+ years of progressive experience in organization development, talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management, learning and development, or a related people and culture discipline, with strong consulting, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, and business acumen skills. The role offers a gross annual salary of GBP 69,040–GBP 81,985, a 15% target bonus, and benefits including private health insurance, dental insurance, pension, paid time off, and family benefits.
