The role manages tax compliance and advisory services for individuals, partnerships, and corporations; conducts complex tax research; reviews return preparations; advises senior client stakeholders; supports client growth and retention; mentors tax professionals; manages budgets and project workflows; maintains technical expertise; and contributes to thought leadership and business development. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, or a related field, at least five years of relevant progressive tax experience, a CPA license, Microsoft Office proficiency, and flexibility to travel for client engagements.
