Nielsen is hiring a Manager, Installation to lead the daily operations and performance of its Technical Specialist team responsible for remote installation and maintenance of Nielsen panel homes. The role manages logistics, schedules, project timelines, team volume, technical troubleshooting, sample integrity, and stakeholder communication, while coaching associates and resolving conflicts. Candidates need 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, formal supervisory experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent technology-based experience, networking knowledge, English proficiency, call-management ability, and a hybrid schedule with office work three days per week. A mandatory four-week Technical Specialist training program is required.
