Description
The Manager, Technical Accounting & Policy will lead technical accounting analysis and documentation for complex transactions, support U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance, prepare accounting memos and disclosures, guide finance teams, coordinate with external auditors, and contribute to audit readiness and process improvement. The role reports to the VP of Technical Accounting & Policy, requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and CPA certification, and offers a hybrid arrangement based at CNBC Headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.
