Description
The role advises banks on IT solutions by analysing stakeholders and business requirements, mapping end-to-end business processes, recommending buy-versus-build options, and ensuring solutions are resilient, secure, scalable, and flexible. It also provides technical advisory services, manages stakeholder expectations, identifies implementation risks, and oversees the quality of IT solution delivery. The position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in business or IT, at least six years of banking experience, and an IIBA CBAP certification or equivalent is advantageous.
