The role is 50% billable and combines people leadership of up to 15 direct reports, career coaching, project oversight, practice growth, and technical consulting as a Salesforce Industries Cloud architect. Responsibilities include leading enterprise architecture and governance, workshops, developer teams, customer expectations, risk management, and measuring business value and ROI. The role requires 10–15 years of Salesforce technical consulting leadership experience, 5+ years of people management experience, and expertise in Salesforce integration, security, data, architecture, Apex, and related technologies.
