Description

Anthropic is hiring a Manager of Technical Deployment in EMEA to lead a team of Technical Deployment Leads embedded with strategic customers. The role owns portfolio health, delivery quality, staffing, customer outcomes, complex engagements, regulatory requirements, reusable technical playbooks, and feedback to Product and Research. It is based in London, requires 8+ years of enterprise AI/ML delivery experience including at least 3 years managing delivery teams, and offers an annual salary of £190,000–£230,000 GBP with visa sponsorship available.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and/or experience
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery
At least 3 years directly managing people who owned delivery outcomes
Building and leading technical delivery teams across multiple EMEA markets
Delivering AI/ML or LLM-based agentic solutions into production
Experience with value-based scoping, TCO/ROI quantification, and post-deployment impact measurement
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with embedded or forward-deployed teams at client sites
Depth in financial services, healthcare, or life sciences
Working proficiency in German or French
